From April 30 to May 2, 2026, the 3rd Annual Conference of the Chinese American Lawyers Forum (CALF) was held in Seattle, Washington. This year's conference brought together Chinese American legal professionals from over 30 states, including attorneys, scholars, law students, and in-house counsel. The conference covered a wide range of hot topics, including professional development, cross-border practice, legal technology, immigration policy, and international trade, through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and breakout sessions. The discussions were insightful and the exchange of ideas was lively.

Attorneys Qin Li, Ellen(Ying) Wang, and Grace(Xian)Xuan from our firm attended the conference as representatives. Throughout the conference, the three attorneys actively participated in various sessions and engaged in extensive and in-depth exchanges with peers from across the country, further expanding their professional networks and opportunities for collaboration.

CALF is a nonprofit organization founded by attorney Ying Cao, dedicated to connecting and empowering Chinese American legal professionals. With over 2,500 members across more than 30 U.S. states, CALF has become one of the most important platforms for professional exchange and collaboration within the Chinese American legal community.
