On June 24, 2026, Shaanxi Micot Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Micot”, Stock Code: 2335.HK) was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). In this milestone global offering, Concord & Sage PC was engaged as the special U.S. data compliance legal counsel for Micot, safeguarding the data compliance of the company’s U.S. operations and clinical trials.

Founded in 2007, Micot is headquartered in the Xi’an High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Shaanxi. As an R&D-driven innovative biotechnology company, Micot has consistently focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of dual- and multi-functional peptide drugs for the treatment of metabolic and cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases, and has now established a robust product pipeline consisting of one core product and six other product candidates.

In this global offering, Micot issued a total of 58,054,400 H shares, accounting for 17.50% of the total shares upon completion of the issuance. Calculated at the median offer price of HK19.60 per share, the net proceeds from this fundraising are approximately HK1.067 billion. These funds will primarily be used for the ongoing clinical trials and commercial launch of its core and key products, as well as the further research and development of its technology platforms.

In response to the regulatory requirements of the HKEX, Concord & Sage PC officially issued a Legal Opinion on June 15, 2026, which fully met the stringent standards of the Joint Sponsors and the sponsors’ offshore legal counsel in both form and substance Legal Opinion. This opinion has been officially submitted to the HKEX as one of the important documents available for inspection set out in Appendix V to the prospectus. The firm successfully assisted the company and the sponsor team in responding to relevant inquiries from regulatory authorities, providing solid legal support for Micot to smoothly pass the HKEX hearing and achieve a successful listing.
