Associate Attorney

TITLE: Associate Attorney

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. Degree and 1 year of experience involving legal research and drafting memo required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Active member in good standing to any state bar in the United States.

JOB DUTIES: Work under supervision of senior attorney to represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Assist senior attorneys in negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and other legal documents for complex legal matters in adherence to applicable law. Conduct legal research and analysis, draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts to support case preparation and regulatory compliance.

SALARY: $112,070 per year.
