Recently, the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center, “SHIAC”) officially released its updated Panel of Arbitrators. Attorney Wang Ying of our firm has been successfully appointed as one of the SHIAC panel arbitrators.

Attorney Wang Ying holds law licenses in both China and the U.S. state of California (CA Bar No. 360749). Her practice areas include cross-border dispute resolution (international commercial arbitration), commercial mediation, international trade, foreign direct investment, overseas investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

 

With over twenty years of legal experience, Attorney Wang Ying is capable of providing full-process, high-quality bilingual legal services in both English and Chinese to domestic and international clients across various industries.

 

International commercial arbitration is another of Attorney Wang Yings specializations. During her advanced studies in the United States, she studied under a renowned international arbitrator and expert in international commercial arbitration. She has received professional training in ICC arbitration procedures and the FIAA international arbitration moot. Since returning to China, she has repeatedly won arbitrations for clients in complex commercial disputes before arbitral institutions such as the ICC, CIETAC, SHIAC, and the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
