On May 10, 2025, the San Diego Chinese Attorneys Association (SDCAA) successfully held a community seminar titled “Passing on Wealth, Protecting the Family” at the Carmel Valley Library.

The seminar was led by Attorney Chenyang Yan, an experienced estate and tax planning attorney, who provided in-depth insights into U.S. tax strategies, estate planning, and family trusts.

Our firm’s Managing Partner, Attorney Qin Li, Partner Attorney Wengang He, and IP Director Zhen Li attended the seminar. They listened attentively to Attorney Chenyang’s presentation and exchanged insights with her after the event.

The event received enthusiastic responses, with attendees asking questions about wealth transfer, cross-border estate issues, and tax compliance, demonstrating the community’s keen interest in legal education.
