Anna has led and represented numerous U.S. domestic companies, Greater China entities (including Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China), and companies from other Asian countries (such as Japan and South Korea) in successfully completing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and listings projects on NASDAQ and the NYSE.
