The “Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber” (APIAC) appointed Attorney Ying Wang of our firm as a panel arbitrator in July 2025. Attorney Ying Wang was also appointed as an Advisor to the APIAC U.S. Center. Congratulations to Attorney Wang!

Attorney Ying Wang is licensed to practice law in both China and California (CA Bar No.: 360749). Her areas of expertise include cross-border dispute resolution (particularly international commercial arbitration), commercial mediation, international trade, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate legal matters.
Ms. Wang has over 20 years of experience in legal services and is well-equipped to provide comprehensive, high-quality bilingual legal support in both Chinese and English to domestic and international companies across various industries.
International commercial arbitration is another core area of Ms. Wang’s expertise. During her advanced legal studies in the United States, she studied under renowned international arbitrators and commercial arbitration experts. She received professional training in ICC arbitration procedures and international arbitration advocacy through the FIAA. Upon returning to China, she has successfully represented clients in complex commercial disputes before arbitration institutions such as the ICC, CIETAC, SHIAC, and the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
