Tan Haolin is a licensed attorney in both China and the United States (California). He is a member and committee member of the China Democratic League, and has been recognized as an Outstanding Proposal Contributor by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He currently serves as Senior Advisor, China at Concord & Sage.
Since being admitted to practice in 2008, Mr. Tan has served, or is currently serving, as senior legal counsel or general counsel to a number of listed companies and large corporate groups in Mainland China and Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property, general corporate advisory, and legal team management.
