From October 25 to 26, 2025, the Shenzhen Legal Services Exposition (2025), themed “Legal Innovation Safeguarding Technological and Industrial Innovation”, was successfully held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian). The Expo brought together 123 institutions from across China and abroad, featuring nine professional exchange sessions and four themed events, building a high-level platform integrating technology, industry, and legal services.

Concord & Sage PC was invited to participate in the event. Zhen Li, the firm’s Director of Intellectual Property, represented the firm at the Expo, engaging in in-depth discussions with guests from the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, international arbitration institutions, and technology innovation enterprises. Topics included intellectual property protection, cross-border legal services, and compliance for emerging technologies.
As a law firm with a strong focus on cross-border legal services, Concord & Sage has established notable strengths in U.S. securities law, intellectual property law, and immigration law. At this Expo, the firm highlighted its professional capabilities in IP protection, cross-border M&A compliance, and legal strategies supporting technology companies’ global expansion.
Zhen Li noted that as technological exchanges between China and the U.S. deepen, IP protection and legal compliance have become core priorities for Chinese technology companies “going global.” Through this Expo, the firm aims to further strengthen cooperation with the Greater Bay Area’s legal community and innovative enterprises, working together to provide robust legal support for industrial innovation.

The Expo was jointly supported by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, arbitration institutions, legal tech enterprises, and industry associations, fostering the integrated development of “Law + Technology + Industry.” Concord & Sage also seized this opportunity to deepen its partnerships with legal service institutions in the Greater Bay Area, exploring cooperation in intellectual property, cross-border investment and financing, compliance review, and dispute resolution.

Looking ahead, Concord & Sage will continue to expand its legal service network across the U.S. and Asia-Pacific, providing high-quality, end-to-end legal support for Chinese technology companies going global — and becoming an important bridge connecting the Greater Bay Area with global legal resources.
